Parking Info

For Virgin Hotels guests:
valet parking will be charged directly to your room account.

Guests not staying at the hotel:
See the event check-in desk to receive
a valet code that will cover your parking charges.

Sessions Location

All programming will take place on the
Second Floor of the Virgin Hotels Nashville. This can be accessed via
the guest room elevators, the elevators from the Lobby,
or the spiral staircase from the Lobby.

Lunch Location

Lunch will take place on The Lawn,
which is outside of the Great Room and the Great Room Foyer.

Meetings

We have 1 room available if you need meeting space
to take a quick call or meet with other attendees.

CME Credit

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through joint providership of Tennessee Medical Association and Montecito Medical. The Tennessee Medical Association is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The Tennessee Medical Association designates this live activity for a maximum of 2.5 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

The three sessions listed below are approved for CME credit. Guests who attend the CME-approved sessions and plan to submit the activity for credit MUST complete the attendance forms located on tables just outside of the session rooms. Attendance forms will be submitted to TMA to prove your presence at the session and used to identify who to distribute the final evaluations/attestations. Attendees will receive certificates by email within 30 days of submitting their form.

The venue has been notified of all special dietary needs indicated on registration forms. To help you identify suitable options, all buffet items will be clearly labeled. For passed hors d’oeuvres, please ask servers about ingredients, and for Friday’s dinner, inform your server of any dietary needs so accommodations can be made.
